Support and your data

Where to get help and what to include in your message.

App team or provider

For VPMKS interface issues, app errors and beta access, contact VPMKS LLC at support@vpmks.com.

Your provider handles payment, subscription expiry, device limits and server availability. Its contact details may appear in the subscription card. App support and provider support are separate.

A helpful bug report

Do not include passwords, tokens, pairing QR codes or your full subscription link in the initial message. If a test configuration is needed, support can arrange a suitable method separately.

  • Phone or TV model, operating system version and VPMKS version.
  • What you expected, what happened and the steps needed to reproduce it.
  • Approximate time of the issue and network type: Wi-Fi, mobile data or Ethernet.
  • Exact error text and a diagnostic file, if available. Hide personal information before sending screenshots.

Your device ID

VPMKS uses its own device identifier, or HWID. When fetching a subscription, the provider receives this ID, model information and OS version to recognise the device and apply subscription rules. View and copy it in Settings → About → Device ID (HWID).

Another phone or TV has its own HWID. If you reach a device limit, deleting the app is not a substitute for managing devices with your provider.

Storage and sharing

Subscriptions and settings are saved in secure storage on the device. TV pairing sends the selected link encrypted over your local network; the TV then fetches the subscription itself.

Sharing a diagnostic file opens the system share sheet. You choose the recipient. A separate in-app action lets you clear local logs.

Policies

The Privacy Policy describes data processing by the app, website and support. The Terms explain VPMKS’s role and your responsibility for the provider you choose.
